Do you do phone consultations?
Yes, I offer free 15 minute phone consults to determine good fit and availability. How can I make an appointment? Please fill out a contact form on this website and I will respond via email to discuss further. What insurances do you accept? I accept insurances through the company Headway. I currently accept: Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare. Headway can help determine costs, answer specific plan questions, and collect payment. What if you don't accept my insurance? I am out of network with all other providers, but can provide receipts if needed for insurance reimbursement. Self-pay and sliding scale is a possible option, please contact me for further details. What type of payment do you accept? I accept credit card and some electronic payments. What is your cancellation/no-show policy? Clients are charged the full session fee for missed or late cancels (less than 24 hours notice). If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you will not be charged. Or, if I cancel, you will not be charged. |
